After missing out last year it was good to see Puss Moth again.
Better late than never .........
1995 ... Puss Moth ... Cerura vinula
Adaina microdactyla was a new garden species, a tiny plume moth with a 15mm wingspan.
The mothing is slowing down a little as the fresher air from the Atlantic pushes the humid air towards the continent, bringing wind and rain with it, but it may be warming up again after the weekend ... typical !
